On May 14th six turnouts celebrated the coronation of King Charles III with a drive from Rodington on a lovely sunny day. Flags, bunting and crowns were very much in evidence and attracted a great deal of interest as we drove through the lanes. There was a choice of a 12 mile drive including a pub stop for refreshments or a shorter route of just under 6 miles. After the drive we enjoyed the usual picnic lunch and presentation of rosettes.

Those taking part were Felicity, Avril and Georgie, Jennifer, Helen and Corky, Bryony, Mike and Red, Lizzie, Holly and Lin with Kristie, Andy with his coloured cob and Sue, Ian and Bev with Sam the Man.
